We recommend that your pick up and drop location be protected from the weather if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front or back porch in a garage or with a building or hotel manger. It the weather is bad we will contact you to make sure your items are protected

An inventory sheet is required for all item that are valued at 75.00 or more that can be a itemized list that you create and send to us or you can request that we send one to you. So that we know what you are sending and we actually recommend that for all orders as well but it is and requirement for high dollar and specialty orders.
We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick up In the event that we do find items in your pocket we will return them to you in a sealed plastic bag with your laundry.
(Yes)we have allergy free product that we use and you are more than welcome to send your own products that will be used on your items and returned to you.

If there is severe weather or any other type of weather conditions we will return your laundry to you as soon as it is safe to do so and we will call, text, or email you with updates on your delivery.
Yes you can double bag your items and leave them out for pick up in the driest area possible if your front door area is not protected from the weather or you can contact us and we can notify you when we are 5min away for pick up and delivery.
While we are known for our quality care mistakes can happen ..If we lose or damage an item please notify customer service in 24hrs of laundry your laundry being returned to you.
